Greenan Farm and Maze is near Rathdrum in Wicklow, it is a working farm, as well as having two Mazes, a Fairy Trail, woodland walk, a Farm Museum and a Tearoom. I have been to this farm many times, but, it is always worth another visit.
On this visit, as we had arrived later than usual, we started with the mazes and then moved on to the animals in the farm, these included a very giddy sheep, friendly pigs and chatty turkey, as well as chickens, a peacock, two donkeys, a pony, some geese and two cows.
I would suggest planning to spend a lot of time there, if you are going to visit, as there is so much to see on the farm. It is a great place to bring kids (big and small).
