The 501st Legion (Irish Battalion) was meant to troop to Grafton Street and collect funds for Cystic Fibrosis and Temple Street Children’s Hospital. However, due to the non stop rain, everyone stayed close to the Central Hotel and the Geek Mart that was been held there. At one point, there was a mini troop around to George’s Arcade and back to the hotel.
As you can see from the photos below, Batman, Spiderman and a friend of theirs who is a Stormtrooper had a nice day of reading, drinking, playing guitar and having fun.
There were more adventures, but, maybe that should be kept for another occasion.
