Offshoot Camera Club and I were some of the estimated 60,000 people that attended the Pride Parade in Dublin on Saturday afternoon. The weather was glorious, the atmosphere fabulous and the entire event was an awful lot of fun. Next year, I will make sure to also go to Smithfield to enjoy the end of the Parade. This years theme was ‘We are family’, which was perfect as large numbers of families attend the event. This was the first time that I had made it to Pride, even though I had meant to go many times before. If you have never been, it really is an amazing event to attend.
