Marbella – Avenida del Mar

The Avenida del Mar is located between the old town and the sea and beaches, there is a small botanical garden on Paseo de la Alameda, with a garden that has fountains and a collection of ten sculptures by the surrealist Spanish artist, Salvador Dali. This is an attractive area, which also features a large fountain in the park. People sit on the benches on either side of this avenue, which is close to the main shopping area. I have older photos of these sculptures, but, they are buried on my hard drive, so I took the included photos this year, they are just quick shots as it was starting to rain, with the promise of a storm to come.
